TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be applied to a different date for the same service if the event is postponed/cancelled. Please contact 671-689-5679 through WhatsApp for more details on moving the services for a different date/time. An additional deposit would be required to secure the new date. All sales are final and full payment is due a week before the event.

 

Payment is due before the event. Every day after payment is delayed will be imposed a $5 late charge. 

 

The initial payment made online is the DEPOSIT and not the overall balance of the booking. Please review the correct price in the listing. Your full payment can be made through cash, bank transfer, Zelle, or Paypal. Checks are only acceptable for businesses, due to the unreliability of personal checks. 

 

Please advise if we need to provide our own table and chairs. 

 

For photo booth and 360 video booth, we require access to an outlet that is 10 feet away and that we are in a flat/secure area away from wind, rain, and sun. 

 

When booking henna/jagua, please see tattoo care https://www.lorzalynartistry.com/henna-jagua-tattoo). Jagua is a special request upon booking and henna is by default the earth tattoo by choice. It is recommended to not wash the earth tattoo for the first 12-24 hours and keep to warm. It is not advisable to soak the earth tattoo (beach, pool, bath) the first 48 hours to let the tattoo oxidize properly. Tattoos can last a week or more depending on following instructions. Please be advised that earth tattoos can cause an allergic reaction to some people regardless if its ingredients are organic (e.g. people can have an allergic reaction to nuts, shellfish, pollen, etc). Lorzalyn Artistry is not liable for any allergic reaction this may cause.
